In this paper, the problem of calibrating the error coefficient of accelerometer in strapdown inertial navigation system under the state of vehicle missile in container. The error model was deduced based on analyzing error of accelerometer. A calibration method was designed without opening the box by the way of vehicle movement as actuator mode. The simulations show that the error model is correct and the calibration can compensate the error and improve the precision of navigation.
