摘要

针对加速度计温度补偿过程中的滞后性误差,提出了实时的温度补偿校正方法。建立了石英挠性加速度计的差分温度传导模型,并以此为基础对加速度计的输出进行了实时温度补偿校正。通过试验验证,此方法能显著减小温度对石英挠性加速度计输出的影响,有效地提高加速度计的测量精度。

Abstract

To solve the hysteretic error of accelerometer temperature compensation, a real-time revising method of temperature com-pensation was presented. The difference model of QFA (quartzes flexible accelerometer)s temperature transmitting was given.Based on the difference model, real-time temperature compensation correction was made to the QFA. Results show that this meth-od can markedly reduce the temperature effect on the QFA, and improve the measure precision of accelerometer.
