摘要

基于杆式穿甲弹弹头形状对子弹穿甲效果的影响,设计了一种弹头结构为多层片状穿甲块和穿甲环结合的穿甲弹。应用LS-DYNA非线性有限元分析软件,对其侵彻三层间隔靶板的情形进行了数值仿真。通过在不同速度下的仿真发现,该子弹能够适应较宽的速度范围,弹头结构可以降低压缩应力波的强度,在侵彻第一层靶板时弹体得到了较好的保护。同时子弹姿态稳定,降低了弹体的跳飞趋势。计算结果为弹体结构优化设计提供了重要依据。

Abstract

Based on the effect of the shape of rod armor piercing warhead on armor penetration, a new armor piercing bullet whose head structure is the combination of multilayer armor piercing blocks and amour piercing ring was designed. Using LS-DYNA, the penetration against three-layer spaced metal plates was numerically analyzed. Through analyzing penetration performance under different velocities, it can be found that the bullet has a large-scale adaptive velocity and the intensity of compress stress wave is reduced; the second projectile is well protected and the ricochet trend is weakened effectively. The simulation results are referable to bullet design.
