摘要

利用LS-DYNA对平头弹垂直侵彻陶瓷复合靶的过程进行数值分析,研究了B₄C陶瓷/金属复合靶板防护能力跟靶板结构设计之间的关系。计算结果表明:B₄C陶瓷作面板复合靶有较优的抗弹性能;铝合金作背板与钢板作背板的陶瓷复合靶相比具有良好的抗弹性能。并得到了B₄C陶瓷/铝合金板复合靶的防护能力与陶瓷板、铝合金板厚度的变化规律。

Abstract

The penetration process of long rod projectile into ceramic/metal composite armor was simulated with LS-DYNA, and projectile penetrating into B₄C ceramic/metal compound target was simulated under different target structure, the whole picture of penetration and main data was gained. The simulation results show that the compound target board made of B₄C ceramics has good anti-ballistic property; B₄C ceramic/aluminum alloy board has excellent anti-penetration characteristic for projectile impact. The variation of B₄C ceramic/aluminum alloy target board's anti-penetration with thickness ration of target was obtained.
