摘要

为了研究F装药双层药型罩射流的形成过程,应用LS-DYNA软件对F装药条件下的双层药型罩射流进行了数值模拟,探讨了不同外罩材料和不同內外罩间距对双层药型罩射流特性参数的影响。结果表明:F装药条件下,双层罩外罩材料及罩间距对射流的特性有不同程度的影响,合理调整外罩材料与罩间距有助于改善射流性能。

Abstract

In order to study the formation of jet from double-layered conical liner(DLCL) forming F-charge, the LS-DYNA program was used for simulating the formation process of the DLCL forming F-charge. The effect of different materials of outside layer and different space between the layers on characteristics of the jet from DLCL were discussed. The result shows that the material used as the outside layer and the space between the double layers have an influence to the characteristic of the jet from DLCL forming F-charge. Reasonably adjusting the outside cover's material and the space between the layers can help to improve the performance of the jet.
