摘要

为了有效检测和补偿红外焦平面阵列(IRFPA)的盲元,提出一种将统计学和“3σ”原则相结合的新方法。该方法首先使用“3σ”原则实现了对盲元的自动检测,再用统计学方法进行二次盲元检测,提高了盲元检测精度;根据当前帧图像与相邻帧图像像素灰度值之间的相关性,获得了更好的盲元补偿效果。仿真实验结果表明,文中的盲元检测方法对盲元的查找速度快、定位准确、盲元补偿效果理想,在实际工程中是一种比较实用的检测方法。

Abstract

In order to effectively detect and compensate blind pixels for IRFPA, a new method of blind pixel processing for IRFPA was presented, which combines "3σ" principle with statistics. With the method, bad pixels were detected with "3σ" principle, then bad pixels were detected with statistics methods again, detection precision of bad pixel was improved effectively. The method of bad pixel compensation based on the correlation between the adjacent pixels and adjacent frames is more effective. The simulation results show that the algorithm has the advantages of apace and high veracity for blind pixels location, good correction effect and easy implementation with great application value in practical project.
