摘要

地磁导航系统中需要用到磁阻传感器来测量大地的磁场强度作为导航信息,精确的测量地磁场信息是地磁导航的关键技术之一,由于磁阻传感器本身特性和生产安装问题,必须对其进行标定才可以得到准确有效的磁场测量值。文中分析了磁传感器标定中的误差源,并且用十二位置法与加速度信息相结合的方法对磁传感器进行标定。外场实验表明,利用文中方法,可以使磁场测量的最大误差控制在20nT以内,是一种简单有效的磁传感器标定方法。

Abstract

Magnetic navigation system needs magnetic resistance sensor to measure the earth's magnetic field strength as the navigation information, accurate measurement of the geomagnetic field information is one of key technologies of geomagnetic navigation. As the characteristics of magnetic resistance sensor and the production installation, they must be calibrated to get accurate and effective measurement of magnetic field. In this paper, the magnetic sensor calibration error source was analyzed, and the 12-position combined with accelerometer information calibration method was used for magnetic sensor calibration. The field experiment shows that the use of this method can make the max error less than 20 nT, and this method is easy and effective.
