摘要

战备完好性是衡量武器装备能否担负战备任务的重要战技指标,如何确定武器装备战备完好性指标是武器装备论证的重要内容。文中通过对战备完好性参数的特点进行分析,提出了地面装备和导弹的战备完好性参数,并采用相似装备类比和德尔菲法相结合的方法论证了使用可用度参数,为装备可靠性、维修性、保障性论证奠定了基础。

Abstract

Readiness is one of the most important tactical and technical indexes for the surface-to-air missile weapon system of measuring the ability to perform combat tasks, how to determine the weapons readiness indicator is an important part of demonstration. The paper analyzes the readiness parameters characteristics, and proposes the parameters of surface equipment and missile, the available degrees is using similar equipment analog and the Delphi method demonstrates the use of availability, this may lay the foundation for equipment reliability, maintainability, supportability argument.
