摘要

为了降低武器系统的雷达特征信号,使其难以被敌方雷达发现、识别、跟踪和攻击,提高武器系统的生存能力和作战效能,在隐身武器的设计中,除对目标进行几何造型处理外,还需要在目标上涂覆雷达吸波材料(RAM),以减小其雷达散射截面(RCS)。文中分析了反射系数与涂覆厚度、入射波频率的关系,并通过比较平板涂覆前后的RCS,验证了涂覆RAM对隐身技术的显著作用。

Abstract

In the process of designing stealth weaponry, we need to lay radar absorbing material (RAM) on object besides dealing with the object's geometric model in order to reduce the radar's characteristic signals to make the object hardly to be found, identified, tracked and attacked. This paper analyzes the relation between the reflection coefficient and the thickness of RAM, the frequency of incident wave, and indicates that RAM plays an important role on stealth technique through comparing RCS of plane with that of coated plane.
