The relationship between miss distance of missile and interference duration occurred to the infrared guidance system was researched. Based on ergodic principle in stochastic process, the ergodic conversion method in which stochastic average was substituted with time average was studied. The steady state error of trajectory was extracted utilizing both test data and simulation for calculating the miss distance. It can reduce the test cost for evaluating the anti-interference probability of missile.
