摘要

为了获得强爆轰环境下弹载测试仪器安全防护的设计参数,以某小型战术导弹为模型,仿真了30kgTNT炸药爆炸时,在泡沫铝材料防护下测试仪器位于仪器舱内不同位置的受力情况。数值模拟结果显示采用泡沫铝包裹方式进行防护时,加速度量值被降低到原来的百分之一,而压力降低到原来的二十分之一。采取灌封、强化结构等措施以后,测试仪器完全可以承受这一量值的冲击。

Abstract

In order to obtain the design parameters of the protective structure when the test equipment was in strong detonation environment, a small tactical missile was taken as the model. The force situation of the test equipment on various locations in cabin and using foam aluminum material for protection were simulated about 30kg TNT explode. It is shown that there is a clear change on the response of test equipment. When adopting the whole package protection, the impact has been reduced to one percent of the acceleration and 1/20 of the pressure. After the measures of filling and strenthening the structure were taken, the test equipment can totally withstand the impact.
