In order to solve each element of anti-ship missile warfare program and accurately calculate the parameters, according to the systematic and intelligent development of anti-ship warfare, the basic concept of anti-ship missile mission planning was analyzed. The main factors and six crucial steps of the anti-ship missile mission planning content were proposed, and on this basis, the two issues on which needs to be focused were analyzed for the anti-ship missile mission planning. Finally, the accurate calculation method of mission planning parameters and elements were given.
