摘要

发射筒的振动响应是影响导弹发射精度的重要因素,文中利用ADAMS动力学仿真软件和ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立并验证了基于某导弹发射装置的刚柔耦合模型,并进行了振动响应分析。通过对发射筒下沉量影响因素的对比分析,得出了可以通过增加车架及底盘刚度来减小下沉量的结论。

Abstract

The vibration response of launcher is an important factor that affects the launching accuracy of missile. In this paper, by using ADAMS dynamics simulation software and ANSYS finite element analysis software, the rigid-flexible coupling model based on a missile launcher was established and verified, and the vibration response analysis was carried out. Through the comparison and analysis of the factors affecting the subsidence of launcher, it is concluded that the subsidence can be reduced by increasing the stiffness of the frame and chassis.
