摘要

针对发射装置中双滚珠丝杠机构运动不同步问题,文中以某车载发射装置双滚珠丝杠传动机构为研究对象,利用全微分法建立了不同步误差分析的数学模型。通过分析模型中的误差传递函数,得到了各主要误差源对不同步误差的影响权重。最后计算了机构的最大不同步误差。文中的分析结果可为机构中各构件的制造公差和装配公差的合理分配提供理论依据,为发射装置的设计提供参考依据。

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of asynchronous motion of double ball screw mechanism in launcher, this paper studied the double ball screw mechanism of a vehicle launcher, and the mathematical model of the analysis of asynchronous error was built by using total differentiation. By analyzing the error transfer function in the model, the influence weight of the main error sources on the synchronization error was obtained. Finally, the maximum asynchronous error of the mechanism was calculated. The analysis results can provide theoretical basis for the rational distribution of the manufacturing tolerances and assembly tolerances of each component in the mechanism, and can also provide references for the design of the launcher.
