In order to study the performance of three dimensional annular trapped vortex combustor (TVC) with inducer, the velocity of TVC, the vortex distribution, the outlet temperature distribution, the total pressure loss coefficient and the combustion efficiency under different inducer structural parameters were analyzed numerically. The results show that introducing three dimensional annular TVC with inducer can form a better double vortex structure, enhance mixing and flame stability, improve the uniformity of outlet temperature distribution and improve combustion efficiency. When the structural parameters of the inducer are c/H₁ =0.2, e/B = 0.2 and b/L = 0.1, the combustion chamber cavity has larger swirl, higher combustion efficiency (97.97%), lower total pressure loss coefficient (3.95%) and uniform outlet temperature distribution.
