摘要

为改善××项目导弹发射筒内壁光滑度,同时提高赋旋层与纤维缠绕层层间剪切强度,设计了一种适用于赋旋层缠绕的工装设备。通过工装的使用,发射筒内壁光滑度得到极大改善。同时,研究参考了两种层间剪切强度测试标准取样,经测试,工艺改善后的层间剪切强度分别提高了113.4%和64.0%。研究表明,该工装的使用改善了赋旋层缠绕过程中赋旋层难以均匀贴覆在芯模表面的问题,降低了赋旋层与缠绕层界面缺陷,增强了界面结合强度。

Abstract

In order to improve the smoothness of the internal wall of the XX missile launcher and the interlaminar shear strength (ILSS) between the revolving layer and the winding layer, a process equipment was designed in this paper. The smoothness of the inner wall has been greatly improved by means of the tool. Two methods of testing standard is applied to test ILSS of the revolving layer and winding layer at the same time, the ILSS has been increased by 113.4% and 64.0% respectively when compared to results not using the tool. It has been shown that the process equipment has been successfully used in improving the procedure of spreading the revolving layer, which results to reducing the interface defects, and improving the interface bonding strength.
