In order to improve the precision of the launch dynamic simulation analysis of the high-speed kinetic energy projectile, the finite element model of the new launching system was established based on the nonlinear finite element theory, with the consideration of the straightness of the rails, the compliant connection between the projectile and propulsion, the contact-impact among the rails, projectile and propulsion. The launch dynamic analysis was done for obtaining the stress analysis of the projectile. The simulation results were validated by experimental data. Then, the relation between the mass eccentricity and lateral acceleration of the projectile was obtained by simulation analysis.
