Study on Ejection Performance of Micro-turbojet Engine

Combined cycle engine was one of the important propulsion approaches to realize space-aeronautics integration. Injection was the key mode of the turbine-based combined cycle (TBCC) engine, and its actual operation process was very complicated. In order to analyze the characteristics of the ejection mode, based on CFD technology and ground-based experimental measurements, a micro-turbojet engine was used as the basic engine, the influence of the length, diameter and relative position of the ejector tube on ejection was studied. The conclusion had reference value for the design of TBCC ejection mode, and it provided references for the schemes of effective mixing and total pressure loss reduction.
