摘要

针对某火箭炮电液伺服系统负载参数变化范围大的特点,提出了基于ITAE模型多项式的极点配置方法。它设计了数字控制器,克服不平衡力矩和惯量引起的扰动影响,实现电液伺服调炮快速到位。结合系统精度要求,提出了参数选取方法,确定了系统采样频率最佳范围为11~17倍输入信号带宽,特征多项式频带至少为0.3倍采样频率。试验验证结果表明,调炮无超调,精度能够控制在0.2mil以内,调整时间低于0.5s,能够满足操瞄数字控制器设计要求。

Abstract

A pole assignment method based on ITAE model polynomial was proposed according to the large range of load parameters of a rocket launcher electro-hydraulic servo system. A digital controller was designed to overcome the disturbance effect caused by the unbalance torque and inertia, and the electro-hydraulic servo gun was quickly positioned. Combined with the system precision requirement, the parameter selection method was proposed, and the optimal range of sampling frequency of the system was 11 ~ 17 times the input signal bandwidth. The characteristic polynomial frequency band was at least 0. 3 times the sampling frequency. The test results showed that when the adjustable gun without overshoot, the precision could be controlled within 0.2 mil, and the adjustment time was less than 0.5 seconds, which could satisfy the design requirement of aiming digital controller.
