摘要

为优化靶板抗侵彻相似试验,应用在流体动力比拟基础上提出的修正Tate简化侵彻模型,基于相似理论,得到了弹体侵彻靶板同时考虑弹体、靶板应变率效应时的相似律的一般形式。利用工程计算方法进行了系列计算和分析。结果表明:同时考虑弹体、靶板应变率影响时,所谓侵彻问题的几何相似律并不完全成立,随着缩尺比的增大,这种现象愈加明显。对计算结果进行拟合,得到了修正的几何相似律公式。

Abstract

In order to optimize the similarity test for target plate penetration resistance, using the revised Tate simplified penetration model, which was proposed based on the hydrodynamic analogy, the general form of similarity law when projectile penetrating target considered the strain rate effect of the projectile and target panel at the same time was derived on the basis of similarity theory. A series of calculations and analyses were carried out by engineering calculation method. The results showed that the geometrical similarity law of penetration problem was inaccurate when considering the effect of the projectile and target plate strain rate at the same time, and this phenomenon became more obvious with the increase of scale ratio. The modified formula for geometrical similarity law was given by fitting the calculation results.
