摘要

针对反TBM战斗部毁伤可靠性评估的系统性、复杂性,建立组合赋权法和云理论相结合的评估模型。采用两两比较法确定主观权重,熵值法确定客观权重,并通过相关系数法确定独立性权重来修正权重,构建云模型来实现毁伤可靠性的评估。同时通过可信性分析,验证了评估结果的科学性与合理性。云模型能够实现定性指标和定量指标的模糊转换,仿真表明模型能够实现对战斗部毁伤可靠性的有效评估。

Abstract

Aiming at the systematicness and the complexity of the Anti-TBM warhead damage reliability evaluation, the evaluation model based on combination weighting method and cloud theory was established. Paired-comparison method was adopted to define the subject weight, and entropy value method determined the object weight. And the independence weight was determined by the correlation coefficient method to correct the weight, then the cloud model was constructed to evaluate the damage reliability. At the same time, the scientifical-ness and rationality of evaluation results was tested through creditability analysis. The cloud model could realize the fuzzy transformation of qualitative index and quantitative index, the simulation results indicated that the proposed model could effectively evaluate damage reliabili-ty of warhead.
