In order to solve the problem of the high cost caused by adopting real missile borne radar in missile technical preparation position, an implementation method about a simple missile-borne radar simulator was put forward. The simulator used phase comparison angle measurement technology, digital down conversion technology, DSP control technology and software hierarchical design technology to achieve the measurement function of the angle information, distance information and amplitude information of echo signal. The simulator had the advantages of simple structure and low cost, which could replace the real radar to complete missile technical preparation training, and saved the training cost.
