In order to deeply analyze the touchdown overload environment of missile fuze, the touchdown overloads with four kinds of falling velocity and falling angle were simulated using LS-DYNA, then the touchdown overload curves of fuze under four different conditions were obtained. Refer to the propagation progress of stress wave and overload in missile bodies, the relevant rules of design of the fuze inertia trigger firing control system based on acceleration transducer were summarized. These rules had reference values for the layout of inertial sensors, fuze strength check and the logical design of ignition control.
