The real time simulation method of dynamic polarization scattering characteristics of radar target based on FEKO was studied to solve the problem that the dynamic measurement of noncooperative targets was difficult to carry out. Firstly, the the formula of azimuth and elevation angle that varied with time variation were given. Secondly, the method and the procedure of the real time simulation and calculation of dynamic polarization scattering matrix of the targets using FEKO were introduced. The simulation results showed that the dynamic polarization scattering characteristics of maneuvering targets were more sensitive than radar aspect angle, and the more severe the change of radar aspect angle, the bigger the deviation of the polarization data obtained by interpolation from the real time simulation data was. The validity and accuracy of the real time simulation method were verified.
