摘要

运用ADAMS及ANSYS建立刚柔耦合模型,研究了初始扰动在发射过程中对某车载倾斜发射装置的影响,重点对发动机推力偏心及闭锁力扰动因素进行了仿真分析。研究结果表明,发动机推力偏心是不可忽略的扰动因素,应加强导弹后定向件受载变形能力。同时通过对比研究分析,得出闭锁力大小对导弹的初始扰动规律,在满足设计要求的前提下,应尽可能减小闭锁力。

Abstract

To study the effects of initial disturbance on an inclined vehicle launcher at launch, a rigidflexible coupling model is established by using ADAMS and ANSYS. The disturbance factors such as thrust eccentricity and locking force are simulated and analyzed. The results show that the thrust misalignment of the engine is a disturbance factor that cannot be neglected and the load deformation capacity of the missile back component should be strengthened. Through comparison and analysis, it is concluded that the locking force should be reduced as much as possible under the premise of meeting the design requirements.
