Aimed at the present state of evaluating the equipment by index in the range, the efficiency is used to evaluate performance of equipment. For the shortage of quantization of qualitative index and weight of each index by one value, the qualitative index and index weight were set in an interval by vague theory, modeling the uncertainty of human decision during evaluating each index. Based on fuzzy theory, the evaluation model of grenade was built. The effective result was an interval, avoiding the absoluteness of one value. The similar degree of vague theory was used to confirm the order of evaluation. The efficient of the model was verified by assessment of one grenade.
