摘要

针对发电机运行时发热较大且影响输出功率的问题,从某导弹发射车工程样机设计入手,阐述了该型发电机的概念和功能。通过热设计分析,在工程样机阶段优化并解决了该型发电机发热较大的问题,提高了导弹发射车对战场环境和智能化扩展的适应能力。这种热设计分析方法对该系列发电机在导弹发射车中的应用具有指导意义。

Abstract

In view of the problem that this type of generator generates large heat and affects the output power during operation,this paper starts with the design of an engineering prototype of a missile launch vehicle and expounds the concept and function of this type of generator。Through thermal design analysis,the problem of large heating of this type of generator is optimized and solved in the stage of engineering prototype,and adaptability of missile launch vehicle to battlefield environment and intelligent expansion is improved.This thermal design analysis method has very important engineering design guiding significance for the application of this series of generators in missile launch vehicles.
