摘要

为了满足发动机的试验需求,研制了一种大载荷六分力测量和攻角装置。六分力测量采用装配式结构,集成有原位校准系统,可以对六分力测量进行现场原位多元校准。该装置的力测量精度优于1%,轴向力载荷达到50kN;攻角机构大负载下变化速度可达2°/s,角度精度为0.05°,角度变化范围-4°~+4°;锁紧机构在具备可靠锁紧功能的同时,还具备快速释放功能。

Abstract

In order to satisfy test demand of engine, the large load six-component force measurement device and attack angle device are developed. The six-component force measurement device adopts assembled structure, integrating an in-situ calibration device. The accuracy of the six-component force measurement device is more than 1%, the axial force load is up to 50KN. Under the condition of large load, the maximum angle velocity of the attack angle device is up to 2°/s, the angle accuracy is 0.05°, and the range of angle is -4° ~ +4°. The locking device can not only lock up the equipment safely, but also release the equipment rapidly.
