摘要

基于制导光纤缠绕过程和线包后处理过程,对不同缠绕缺陷产生原因进行了分析,提出了相应的评估方法和解决措施。建立了制导光纤放线故障模式,并对其导致光纤断线的故障机理进行了分析。针对制导光纤缠绕缺陷和放线故障进行了缠绕工艺改进,并进行了大量的光纤地面模拟放线试验,试验结果表明缠绕质量得到大幅提高,断线故障率下降20%以上。

Abstract

Based on the process of guided optical fiber winding and wire packet post processing, the causes of different winding defects are analyzed, and the corresponding evaluation methods and solutions are put forward. The failure mode of guided optical fiber paying off is established. The failure mechanism of optical fiber breakage is analyzed. The winding process is improved. A large number of ground simulated paying off tests have been carried out. The test results show that the winding quality has been greatly improved, and the failure rate of the optical fiber breakage has been reduced by more than 20%.
