With the electromagnetism environment gradually complexity of communication system, it is meaningful for ensuring validity and accuracy of modulation recognition method of digital signals. According to the characteristics of digital signals, fraction Fourier transform is introduced to extract the revise fraction instantaneous amplitude parameters, which is used to recognize the amplifier modulated signals, and recognition of digital signals is completed with extract the revise fraction ratio of fourth order cumulates by introducing FRFT, which is used to recognize the frequency modulated signals and phase modulated signals. The simulation results show that, this method can recognize digital signals available in the condition of low SNR, and be more accurate due to the rotating characteristics of FRFT. This method can provide a theoretical reference for the engineering practice.
