In modern warfare, there are practical engineering needs to study the multi-constraint guidance law for maneuvering targets. Firstly, based on the optimal control theory, an optimal guidance law with landing angle constraints is derived. In order to improve the control accuracy for maneuvering targets and enhance the robustness of the guidance law, referring to the sliding mode control theory, an optimal sliding mode guidance law based on the optimal guidance law is designed. Aiming at the target maneuvering items that are difficult to measure in the guidance law, a finite-time state observer is designed to track the maneuvering target. The simulation results show that the guidance law can track maneuvering targets on the basis of satisfying the angle of landing constraint.
