为研究级间孔对双脉冲固体火箭发动机性能影响,文中采用k-ɛ模型、SIMPLE算法和PISO算法,对带级间孔的双脉冲固体火箭发动机内流场进行了数值模拟。计算分析得级间孔直径与第一燃烧室直径之比(d₁/D)的合理值为1/3到1/2,以及颗粒相在第一燃烧室内的分布特点与颗粒对级间隔板的冲蚀情况。

For studying the influence of interstage port on dual-pulse solid rocket motor performance, k-s equations of turbulent model, the compressible form of SIMPLE algorithm and PISO algorithm were applied to dual-pulse solid rocket's inner flow field simulation. It is reasonable for the rate of the interstage ports and the first combustion chamber diameter lies between 1/3 and 1/2 by analysis on computation results. The distribution characteristics of discrete phase in first combustion chamber and the situation about collision between single particle and interstage bulkhead were obtained.
