摘要

针对多管火箭箱式发射技术的特点,结合其在非致命武器领域的应用,提出了储运与发射非致命火箭弹一体化的箱储式防暴弹发射单元这一全新概念。对发射装置承受载荷进行了分析,选取工程塑料作为定向器材料。利用计算机辅助设计软件Pro/Engineer与有限元分析软件ANSYS相结合,建立了定向器有限元数值仿真模型,对定向器在承受最大载荷状态下的应力变形及位移进行了对比分析,保证了定向器设计符合理论设计要求。

Abstract

According to the features of box-type missile launch technology for multi-launch rocket, and its application in non-lethal weapon field, a new concept about the anti-riot rocket's launching unit with integration of storing and launching non-lethal rockets was proposed. The load for the launcher was analyzed and engineering plastics were selected as launch tube material. The computer aided design software Pro/Engineer was combined with the finite analysis software ANSYS, the numerical simulation of the launch tube was established. To ensure the launch tube design consisting with the theoretical design requirements, the stress and displacement of the launch tube under the maximum load were analyzed by comparison.
