摘要

航空装备飞行试验是复杂的系统工程,实施过程中的项目管理一直是个难题。传统做法中,一般采用基于试验科目的管理方式制定试验计划、开展项目飞行、评估项目进展、控制试验状态。但随着武器装备的发展,传统管理方法越来越难以适应项目的管控需求。文中提出了一种基于试验点的飞行试验项目精细化管控方法,通过以试验点牵引试验的架次、资源、技术、状态等要素,可以有效提高试验质量和效率,降低试验成本。

Abstract

Flight test is complex system engineering, and the project management in the process of implementation has always been a problem. In traditional practice, test plan, project flight, project progress evaluation and test status control are usually based on test subject management. But with the development of weapons and equipment, traditional management methods are more and more difficult to meet the needs of project management. In this paper, a refined control method of flight test items based on test points is proposed. Through the elements of sorties, resources, technology and status of traction test at test points, the test quality and efficiency can be effectively improved and the test cost can be reduced.
