摘要

文中研究了改性双基推进剂的羽流特性问题。采用NASA-CEA对配方进行了化学平衡计算,在分析组分质量分数及喷管入口参数的基础上,建立含组分输运方程、化学反应动力过程以及气凝两相流动过程方程组,采用流场计算软件Fluent对这些方程组进行联合求解,获得了羽流结构及其组分分布场。结果表明,考虑化学反应模型前后,羽流结构及组分分布发生了明显变化,离散相模型对羽流速度分布影响很大。为羽流特性效应研究提供基础。

Abstract

The plume characteristic of modified double-base propellant was investigated. The NASA-CEA program was used for calculating theoretical performance of the propellant. A control equation set was established, which includes the transport equation, chemical reaction dynamic process and gas-solid two-phase flow process. Structures and species of plume were obtained with the Fluent software. The results show that finite rate chemistry reaction model and the discrete phase model are all influential in the plume calculation, and provide reference for plume characteristic effect study.
