摘要

为有效减小火箭发射装置质量,提高回转机机动性能,采用基于变密度法的结构拓扑优化技术,对火箭发射装置的回转箱体进行结构优化。文中针对四种典型发射工况,以结构刚度设计要求为约束条件,以质量最小为优化目标,获得了回转箱体的最优拓扑结构。通过对优化后的结构进行分析,结果表明优化后回转箱体质量减小了15.4%,刚强度满足设计要求。该优化方法对于发射装置其它结构的改进具有重要参考价值。

Abstract

In order to reduce the mass of a rocket launcher effectively and improve the traversing mechanism's maneuver performance, an optimization design for the structure of the rocket launcher's rotary cabinet based on density variable method of topology optimization was studied. In four typical load cases, the structure stiffness requirement was taken as the constraint and the minimum mass as the objection, the best material distribution pattern of the cabinet structure was acquired. Then the analysis of the optimized structure was carried out. The result shows that the mass of the rotary cabinet is reduced by 15.4% after optimization; the stiffness and the strength of the structure meet the design requirements. The method of topological optimization has important reference value for improving other structures of the rocket launcher.
