In order to design the probe field inclination angle of air-to-air missile proximity fuze better, a new method suitable for entity target was proposed. This method takes the dynamic scattering characteristics of warhead fragments, the process of fuze signal accumulation and the phenomenon of incomplete coincidence between the fuze action position and the idle hitting position into account, and considered system inertia delay and the distance between fuze and warhead, and take the minimum value under given conditions as the final design result. The correctness and feasibility of the algorithm are verified by the calculation of a cruise missile.
