半穿甲弹侵彻过程中装药安定性数值分析

摘要

摘要:为了考察某型半穿甲战斗部在侵彻过程中的弹体强度和装药安定性,利用LS-DYNA动力学显式分析软件对半穿甲弹斜侵彻不同厚度的靶板过程进行了模拟,得到了壳体应力曲线和装药压力曲线。结果表明,该结构弹体可以较好的保护内部装药,靶板厚度的增加对装药安定性产生威胁,弹丸发生早炸的临界靶板厚度为25mm。

Abstract

In order to investigate shell strength and charge in semi-armor-piercing warhead during penetration,the LS-DYNA dynamic analysis software was used to simulate the process of semi-armor-piercing warhead penetration under different landing angles on various target thickness. The curve about the stress of shell and the pressure of charge was obtained. The result indicates that the projectile structure’s integrity and safety of charges are threatened with increased target thickness; the target thickness of critical premature explosion is 25mm.
