摘要

针对空间尺寸要求严苛的弹载应用,提出了一种结构简单、易于工程化实现的新颖小型化二维波导旋转关节。采用窄边大比例压缩矩形波导,对常用的多种模式变换结构进行设计和仿真验证,最终提出了一种新的模式变换结构,该结构在矩形波导到圆波导模式变换块的结构基础上增加了短路面结构。通过Ansoft HFSS软件设计、仿真验证,结果表明:该结构在保证旋转关节小型化的前提下,在较宽频带范围内电压驻波比VSWR≤1.2,插入损耗S12≤0.17 dB。

Abstract

A novel miniaturized two-dimensional waveguide rotary joint with simple structure and easy to be engineered is proposed for the application of guided missile with small space size requirements. In this paper, the design and simulation of various modal transform structures are carried out by using narrow side large scale compression rectangular waveguide, and finally a new modal transform structure is proposed, which adds short pavement structure on the basis of rectangular waveguide to circular waveguide mode transformation. To verify the feasibility of the structure, Ansoft HFSS is used for design and simulation.The results show that, the voltage standing wave ratio is less than 1.2 and insertion loss is less than 0.17 dB in a wide band range.This structure can ensure the miniaturization of the rotary joints.
