摘要

为了得到折叠弹翼展开所需的最佳装药量,采用基于浮动坐标系的多柔体系统动力学方法建立了折叠弹翼展开的刚柔耦合动力学模型,以作动力为设计变量,展开时间及弹翼最大应力为约束条件,以过载最小为目标进行优化设计,应用序列二次规划算法求解,得到了最佳作动力曲线,进而得到需用的装药量。仿真结果显示该设计方法有效降低了弹翼展开冲击,可为折叠弹翼设计提供新的思路。

Abstract

In order to obtain the proper loading dose of gunpowder for the folding wing, flex-rigid coupling dynamics analysis model of deployment was built by using the flexible multi-body system dynamic method based on floating frame reference formulation. An optimization design of the folding wing mechanism was implemented. The design variable was actuating force, and the design objective was the over loading of the wing. The duration of deployment and the maximum stress of the wing were used as design constraints. The sequential quadratic programming (SQP) method was employed to search the optimal solution. The simulation results show that this method can effectively Aprrease the impact of the folding wing. The work in this paper provides a new idea for the design of folding wing mechanism.
