摘要

剪式平面弹射机构采用高压冷气为动力源,通过气缸-活塞的水平运动推动平面连杆机构,进而推动导弹垂直向下运动,完成弹架的有约束强制分离。弹射机构的加工及安装误差,直接影响导弹的分离姿态。在对剪式弹射机构建模的基础上,采用矩阵分析法对弹射机构进行了位置误差分析。经过对机构参数不同误差的计算,找出了对机构位置误差影响较大的因素,为弹射机构精度设计和控制提供了理论依据。

Abstract

The shear-plane ejection mechanism plane linkage is propelled by horizontal movement of the cylinder-piston which uses high pressure air as the power source to promote the missile to move vertically downwards, completing mandatory separation of missile and launcher. The processing and installation error of the ejection mechanism will affect the separating attitude of the missile directly. Based on modeling the ejection mechanism, the matrix was used to analyze the position error of the ejection mechanism. After analysis of different parameter of the mechanism, a greater impact on the position error of the mechanism was found out; this provided a theoretical basis for designing and controlling the precision of the ejection mechanism.
