以自行研发的烧蚀试验系统为基础,为提供试验设计和结果分析所需要的数值依据,针对系统的核心部分,采用FLUENT流体力学数值模拟软件和有限体积法,建立气固两相流流场的数学模型,对烧蚀枪内外的两相流流场进行数值仿真,其结果揭示了烧蚀枪燃气流和粒子流的速度场、温度场的变化规律。结果表明该数值仿真方法对两相流具有较好的模拟。

In order to provide numerical value for the experiment design and analysis of the home-made ablation experimental system, a computational fluid dynamics(CFD) software FLUENT was successfully used to simulate speed field and temperature field of flame and particles of the ablation spray gun( the key part of the system). The mathematic model of gas-solid flow was founded from basic theory of twophase flow and transport equation. Dynamics flight behavior of spray particles was computed by random orbit model in discrete phase mode. The change rule of speed field and temperature field of flame and particles were known. The results show that the numerical method can achieve better simulation for the two-phase flow.
