摘要

折叠翼的展开过程性能参数是折叠翼设计的重要指标,研究它对于设计折叠翼具有重要意义。文中通过地面试验与ADAMS动力学仿真计算分别对某折叠翼的展开过程进行了分析研究,并将地面试验数据与仿真计算结果进行比较和分析。结果表明两者的一致性较好,证明了动力学仿真模型的准确性。试验和仿真结果均表明折叠翼机构满足折叠翼设计要求。

Abstract

The research on the parameters of folding-wing's spreading performance is of great significance to the design and improvement of the folding wings. In this paper, performance of the folding-wing's unfolding process was analyzed by using ground test and dynamics imitating analysis by ADAMS. The actual experimental results were compared with the dynamic simulation results, the unfolding dynamic model of the folding-wing structure was proved to be reasonable and applicable. Both the actual experimental results and the dynamic simulation results show that the structure design of the folding-wings is able to meet the demands of flight.
