摘要

针对撞击减速法模拟引信后坐加速度所得加速度-时间曲线调节困难和加速度持续时间不足的问题。为了找出影响加速度-时间曲线的因素,提出利用泡沫铝块作为缓冲器,通过利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件建立相应的撞击减速模型,对碰撞减速过程进行仿真。结果表明泡沫铝块起到很好的缓冲效果,泡沫铝密度越小,得到的后坐加速度持续时间越长。碰撞初速、泡沫铝块厚度、泡沫铝材料密度、动量转换块质量等都是影响加速度-时间曲线的重要因素。

Abstract

In view of the problem that the recoil acceleration-time curve can not be regulated easily and the recoil acceleration duration is not enough by the impact and deceleration method. In order to find the influencing factors of the recoil acceleration-time curve, the foamed aluminum block was adopted as the buffer. After simulating the impact and deceleration process based on ANSYS/LY-DYNA program, it is realized that the foamed aluminum block has good buffer quality, and the recoil acceleration duration is longer when the density is the less. The initial impact velocity, thickness of the foamed aluminum block, density of the foamed aluminum block and quality of the momentum exchange mass are all important influencing factors of the recoil acceleration-time curve.
