针对某型导发架内部三相电源测试需求,设计基于单片机C8051F410的鉴相电路板。测试其内部三相电源的相序、各相电压和各相频率;测试结果通过RS422通讯方式发送给上位机。详细阐述各功能模块的硬件设计、软件设计和具体实现途径,采用分区间法标定电压系数。此鉴相电路板测试精度高,结果可信,能很大程度上提高测试效率。

C8051F410-based test circuit board was designed according to the test requirement of three-phase power in a certain missile launcher. The phase order, voltage for each phase and frequency for each phase can be tested and the result can be sent to the computer through RS422 communication mode. The hardware and software plan and the development method were described, and different range used different values to fix on the coefficient. The result shows that the circuit has high precision and is reliable, which can greatly improve the efficiency of test.
