摘要

DPSSL窄脉冲激光引信具有发射脉宽窄、距离分辨力强和云雾后向散射低的优点。但由于其回波脉冲也很窄,为了从中获取精确的回波信息,必须采用高速的数据采集系统。文中采用Virtex-5系列的FPGA芯片,实现了一种基于移相倍频技术的高速二值数字采集系统。通过实验验证,等效采样频率能达到1.8GHz,可满足发射脉冲3ns左右的窄脉冲激光引信的采样速度要求,为后续的目标识别单元提供准确的回波数据,有助于提高引信的目标识别能力。

Abstract

The narrow pulse laser fuse based the DPSSL has the advantages of short transmitted pulse high range resolution and low cloud backscatter. However, because the echo pulse width is very narrow, the data acquisition system must have a high sampling speed to extract accurate information from the echo. In the article, a high-speed 1-bit digital acquisition system based on phase shifting and frequency multiplying technology is designed on the Xilinx Virtex-5 FPGA. Verified by experiment, the equivalent sampling frequency can reach 1.8 GHz, which can meet the speed requirements of the narrow pulse laser fuse with 3 ns emitted pulse. The result is useful to improve fuse' s target identification capability.
