摘要

为了解决机载外挂武器分离数值仿真问题,应用FLUENT软件的用户自定义函数求解外挂武器的气动力,并输入给嵌入的弹道和稳定控制程序获得武器下一时刻的位置和姿态,再采用“弹簧模型+局部网格重构”动网格和求解器获得更新的气动力,依次循环仿真分离过程。该方法解决了多体动网格相对运动和流场剧烈变化仿真结果收敛性不好的问题。结果表明:该方法可以比较精确的仿真机载外挂武器分离过程,为外挂物安全分离设计提供参考。

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of numerical simulation of separation of airborne external mounted weapons, the aerodynamic force of external mounted weapons is applied with user-defined function of FLUENT software, and the position and attitude of the weapon at the next moment are obtained by inputting the aerodynamic force into the embedded trajectory and stability control program. Then the dynamic mesh and solver of “spring model + local mesh reconstruction” are used to obtain the newer ones. Aerodynamic force is used to simulate the separation process in turn. This method solves the problem of poor convergence of simulation results of relative motion and drastic change of flow field of multi-body moving grids. The results show that this method can accurately simulate the separation process of airborne external stores, and provide a reference for the safe separation design of external stores.
