摘要

为调整炸药装药中的爆轰波波形,设计了一种飞片冲击起爆系统,通过理论分析和计算确定飞片的形状及材料选择原则、飞片的倾斜角、飞片与主装药的间距,采用数值模拟软件LS-DYNA对设计的飞片冲击起爆系统进行了数值仿真计算。结果表明飞片冲击起爆系统能可靠起爆炸药装药并调整炸药装药内部爆轰波波形,可为端部预制破片或多EFP战斗部的驱动提供参考。

Abstract

In order to adjust shape of blast wave in charge, the flyer impacting initiating system was designed. Firstly, shape and material of flyer, flyer obliquity, distance between flyer and primary charge were confirmed by theoretical analysis and calculation: Finally, flyer impacting system was studied by numerical simulation. The results show that the flyer impacting initiating system is easy to initiate charge and adjust shape of blast wave in charge, also can provide reference for driving power of pre-fragment or MEFP at the end warhead.
