高超声速导弹进气道整流罩分离气动特性研究

摘要

采用基于动态嵌套网格的非定常CFD手段结合CFE方法,对高超声速导弹进气道整流罩旋抛式分离过程进行数值模拟,并对其分离安全性及对弹体的扰动特性展开分析与讨论。结果表明,当整流罩保持较大的正向俯仰姿态角时,其分离安全性更高,分离耗时更短,但整流罩对弹身的干扰更强,持续时间更久,通过合理设计整流罩的质量分布以及旋抛约束的解锁角度,可以有效调整整流罩掉落过程中的姿态变化。

Abstract

Unsteady CFD method based on dynamic chimera grid combined with CFE has been used to simulate fairing separation from a hypersonic missile, the security and interference characteristic of the process was analyzed and discussed. The result shows when the fairing stays a larger pitch angle, it is more secure and takes less time during the process, but the interference is stronger and lasts longer. The attitude angle of the fairing can be effective adjusted by designing its mass distribution and release angle rationally.
