摘要

重点论述了在穿甲弹结构设计中弹托采用变齿距结构设计方法。设计中以不同受力部位采用不同齿距的设计思想为指导,对弹托危险面进行近似的等应力设计与计算,与弹托采用均匀齿距相同部位危险面进行比较,能够有效减小危险面的应力,降低消极质量,提高炮口能量利用率。文中的设计思路对穿甲弹的结构设计有一定的指导作用。

Abstract

The article was mainly discussed the design method of the sabot which is adopted the unequal pith in design for APDS structure. The guiding idea was different forced part adopted different pitch, and it was carried on the approximate equivalent stress design and calculation for the danger section of the sabot. Compare with the sabot which is adopted the equal pitch and the same danger section; it can decrease the stress on the danger section effectively, reduce the negative weight, and increase the muzzle kinetic energy. The design thinking of this article has instructive effect to some extent for design the structure of APDS.
